On the Venue dashboard head to the settings menu.
Once in the menu, select GPS Clock In on the left hand side. (You must be a Super Admin to do this)
Once the page opens you will see a button to "Add Location", if you click on this it takes you to the location setup.
On the next screen a dropdown will appear under "GPS Enabled", click this and three options will show:
Optional - Allows you to opt out of registering your location. (can't clock in via mobile handset)
Optional Enhanced - Allows you to to opt out but still allows clock in.
Required - Staff members must clock in via mobile device.
Select your option then goto the address search box below.
Once you begin to enter your postcode, a list of addresses show. Select the correct address for your location.
Once selected, a map will show with a blue circle to represent the Venue. You can set the distance from the venue that people can Clock In via the "Distance" box under the map.
Once you are happy with your selection, click the "Save Setting" button.
You will see the pop up on your screen once completed, you can also disable the GPS feature from this section.
