Filing an incident report in Hopsy will notify your Area Manager/BDM immediately via email (dependent on their Hopsy email settings).
Did you know?
You can also choose to receive email notifications if incidents are logged at your venue.
How do I report an incident?
Step 1
Log into Hopsy and head to the 'Incident' tab under the 'Compliance' dropdown.
Step 2
Push the 'Report' button in the top right of the screen.
Step 3
Select from the list of incident types to open the appropriate template
Step 4
Fill in all required questions and submit the report. Try to capture as much information as possible.
Top Tip: The progress bar at the top shows question completion.
Can staff see incident reports?
Venue 'Staff' can report incidents, but can not see historical reports - They are only able to see incidents that they have reported them self. Other reports are kept confidential. Only venue management and company employees can see all incident report records at your venue.
