Your toilet check function is integrated into your open hours in the venue settings, and so if your venue opens at 10am, then your toilet checks start at 10am.

Your toilet checks will cease at your venue close time in the venue settings.

A task will be generated into the task list for each toilet that you have configured at your venue.

To complete the check, just click into the task, answer the questions, and then hit submit. Make sure you do this for each toilet you have configured.

You can change the toilet configuration, and questions at your venue. Keep reading for how to do this.

If you miss a check within the 59 minute check window, you cannot go back and complete this check later, you have missed it. Just input a check into the current check window.

A real advantage of this is that it paints a true and accurate picture of legitimate toilet checks at your venue. As toilet check times cannot be falsified, this function creates incredibly robust due diligence around managing standards and safety in one of the most accident prone rooms in your business.

Whilst the completion of checks required will be tallied into a toilet check score at your venue, this is simply an information tool for you to manage the standards in your toilets.

This score does NOT contribute towards your total daily score, or your venue's total monthly score.

You can view your toilet check score by heading to the 'Performance' page under the 'Overview' dropdown.

Here the toilet check rating refers to the period of time selected in the date range.

Hovering over the graph will drill down to show the performance on specific days, along with all other scoring categories.

Remember: Your toilet check score is for reference and does not contribute to your total venue score.

Heading to the toilet check page under the compliance dropdown details the history of all toilet checks in your venue.

Selecting a toilet and clicking 'Manage Toilet' shows a check summary for any date range required, and the check time info can be drilled into if necessary by clicking 'View Records'.

Don't worry too much about your toilet check tasks. Continue to check your toilets with the diligence you always have, and ensure you log it on Hopsy each time.

If you check your toilets each hour already, then aim to log the check at the start of the hour. Then, if your venue is busy you have plenty of time with which to hit the check window on Hopsy.

For 'Fully Managed' venues, your company controls the toilet check settings. You cannot switch these off at your venue.

For 'Partner Managed' venues you can switch the toilet check tasks on and off in the venue settings.
