As a BDM, you can choose to receive performance emails on a daily or weekly basis informing you of you the scores of each of your venues, alongside the total score of your venues combined.
Additionally, you can also opt to receive email notifications in the following situations:
An incident has been reported in one of your venues
You have been assigned ownership to a compliance 'ticket'

To access your email settings, log in to Hopsy and select 'User Settings'
Scrolling to the bottom of the screen, you will see toggles for the tickets, incidents, and your email reports.
Switch on in line with your preferences.
