You can assign 'Partner Managed' venues to partners. Partnership companies with assigned venues then have access to these venues and benefit from Hopsy's compliance and operations functionality.
To assign venues to partners:
Step 1 - Head to the company home by clicking the company name in the bottom left of any Hopsy screen. - You must be a 'BDM' or a 'company staff member' to be able to access these pages.
Step 2 - Click the partners tab
Step 3 - Locate the partnership company that you wish to attach a venue to from within the list of 'Active Partners'
Step 4 - Within the partner's overview screen, select the 'Add Venue' button. This opens a box where all the unassigned 'Partner Managed' venues can be selected.
Please note: If the venue is assigned to another partner, it will not be available to select.
Step 5 - Select the appropriate venue and hit continue.
The venue you have selected will immediately be assigned to this partner:
All contacts for this partnership will have access to this venue on Hopsy and full use of the Hopsy venue functionality.
