Fire drills allow staff to practice evacuation procedures in a simulated situation to ensure they are fully aware of how to safely exit the building. The more familiar staff are with fire drill procedures, the higher the chance that staff and customers remain safe and well during an emergency.
Hopsy can task fire drills at all venues either monthly, semiannually, or not at all.
To turn on, log in to Hopsy and head to your company settings:
Click the 'Settings' tab across the top of the page, and head to the 'Fire Drills' section:
Toggle the fire drill checks to enabled to switch on, then select from 'Monthly' or 'Semiannually' and hit 'Update'.
Tasking will begin immediately.
Down at the venue, fire drill tasks will be presented into the task workflow, along with a date with which completion must have taken place.
The questions asked during the drill will capture the necessary information, along with prompting the identification of weak spots.
