Staff 'Fitness To Work' configuration

Staff can be required to answer health questions when they 'clock - in' for work.

To configure health check questions asked upon employee clock-in:

Step 1:

Log in to Hopsy and head to the the company settings by clicking your company name in the bottom left.


Step 2

Select the 'Compliance' tab, and click into 'Fitness to Work'.


Step 3

Questions can be turned on or off, and the questions asked can be edited.

  • When adding new questions, different types of questions can be configured. For 'Yes & No' questions, the correct answer must be determined.

  • The 'Additional Details' box can be ticked if you would like the employee to have to elaborate on their condition.


Upon clock-in, the employee will be asked the health questions. If it is determined they may not be fit to work, they will be advised to speak with their manager.
