In some situations, it may no longer be necessary or possible to obtain a 'sign-off' from the meeting reviewer.

For situations where meeting notes are no longer required to be signed off, and where actions set are no longer relevant, meetings can be 'Archived'.

Archiving a meeting removes any requirement for sign-off on Hopsy, and also automatically closes all actions set during the meeting in question.

Meetings can be archived by the BDM that held the meetings, or any company employee.

Step 1

Log into Hopsy and within your 'Meetings' tab, locate the meeting that no longer requires sign-off. Click through into this meeting.

Step 2

Scroll to the bottom of the meeting, and select the 'Archive Meeting' button.

You must be the meeting owner, or a company manager to do this.

Step 3

Select the reason for archiving the meeting, and push the 'Archive Meeting' button.

Please Note:

Archiving a meeting will automatically 'close' all outstanding actions associated with this meeting.
