Before you can complete any fridge / freezer temperature checks, you must first tell Hopsy how many fridges and freezers you have in your venue. This must be set up for each venue individually.
Step 1
Head to your 'Venue Home' on Hopsy
Step 2
Under the 'Kitchen' dropdown, click 'Fridge/Freezer Checks'. (If you don't have a kitchen dropdown... contact us through the chat box on any screen in Hopsy)
Step 3
Select the 'Configuration' tab
Step 4
Use the '+Add Fridge/Freezer' button to add each of the fridges and freezers
Step 5
Fill in the necessary details. Ensure you enter correctly if each unit is a fridge or freezer as this will effect the acceptable temperature thresholds when completing checks.
Step 6
Add each of the fridges and freezers in your kitchen.
Did you know....?
You will only need to configure your fridges/freezers once, unless you make any changes in your kitchen.
Once configured, Hopsy will ask for the correct temperature checks specific to your kitchen.
