Assigning Venues To An Area Manager / BDM

You can assign venues to an area manager. This allows you to collect venues into regions or groups for grouped oversight and reporting.

An area manager will only see information and reporting for the venues they are assigned to.


Step 1

Head to the company settings by clicking your company name on the bottom left of any screen on Hopsy.

You must have company settings access to be able to access these screens.


Step 2

On the venues tab, scroll down and use the 'BDM' drop down to assign the venues you wish to assign to the appropriate area manager.

Please Note: The drop down selector will only allow you to select from active Area Managers/BDMs.
