How do toilet checks work?
Toilet check tasks are generated into your 'Today's Tasks' list at your venue home every hour, on the hour.
Each toilet check task then has 59 minutes, and 59 seconds with which to be completed.
If that check is not completed, then it is logged as a missed check, and a new task will be generated on the next hour. This task will then have another 59 minutes for completion.
What time do toilet check tasks start and stop?
Your toilet check function is integrated into your open hours in the venue settings, and so if your venue opens at 10am, then your toilet checks start at 10am.
Your toilet checks will cease at your venue close time in the venue settings.
How do I complete a toilet check?
A task will be generated into the task list for each toilet that you have configured at your venue.
To complete the check, just click into the task, answer the questions, and then hit submit. Make sure you do this for each toilet you have configured.

What happens if I miss a check?
If you miss a check within the 59 minute check window, you cannot go back and complete this check later, you have missed it. Just input a check into the current check window.
What is the best way to manage toilet checks?
Don't worry too much about your toilet check tasks. Continue to check your toilets with the diligence you always have, and ensure you log it on Hopsy each time.
If you check your toilets each hour already, then aim to log the check at the start of the hour. Then, if your venue is busy you have plenty of time with which to hit the check window on Hopsy.
