How to Reactivate 'Inactive' Users.

What do I do if old inactive employees return to work.

Previously removed employees can be reactivated at any time. This will return access to your venue on Hopsy immediately.


Step 1 - Head to the staff page and locate the employee with the 'Inactive Users' Section

Select the inactive status on the right hand side

Step 2 - Push the 'Reactivate' button and confirm.

Select the user you want to reactivate and click set active

Click Set Active
