How to Reactivate 'Inactive' Users.

What do I do if old inactive employees return to work.

Previously removed employees can be reactivated at any time. This will return access to your venue on Hopsy immediately.


Step 1 - Head to the staff page and locate the employee with the 'Inactive Users' Section

Step 2 - Push the 'Reactivate' button and confirm.

This user will move from the 'Inactive' section ino the 'Active', section and will have immediate access to your venue on Hopsy. You can change their 'role' on the system once active if necessary,
