How to Remove Staff From Your Venue

What should I do if a member of staff leaves?

You can easily remove the users that have access to Hopsy at your venue. To do this, you must have either 'Manager' or 'Admin' job role.


Step 1

Head to your 'Staff' section within the staff dropdown. You must be a manager or admin role at your venue to be able to see this page. Ensure the 'Active' tab at the top is selected.

Step 2

For the employee that you wish to remove, click 'Settings'.


Step 3

On the settings screen for the selected employee, push the 'Set Inactive' button.

Step 4

Push Confirm

This will remove the employee immediately. They will still be able to log into Hopsy, but will have no access to your venue.


Inactive users will move into the 'Inactive' section. It is possible to reactivate inactive users at any time. Click here to see how.

You can use the 'History' tab to see all staff activity.
