Editing company compliance checklists

What if I want to change the checklists that Hopsy has provided? What if my checklists are no longer relevant?

Step 1

Log in to Hopsy and navigate to the company settings by clicking your company name in the bottom left of any screen. - You must be a company user to do this.

Step 2

Select the 'Compliance' tab and then select 'Managed Compliance Checklists'.


Step 3

Identify which checklist you wish to make changes to and click into this checklist.


Step 4

Push the 'Edit' button.


Step 5

Make the required changes to your checklist questions.


Step 6

When happy, at the bottom of the page, push the 'Publish' button.


  • Existing 'In Progress' tasks at your venues will have the opportunity to finish the existing task and submit.

  • Any un-started outstanding tasks or new tasks will generate the new checklist questions immediately.

  • Checklist history is always preserved at all venues.
