Only 'Manager' and 'Assistant Management' roles have the ability to edit or add clock-ins for staff. Staff cannot edit their own clock in times, and can only clock themselves in and out in 'real time'.
Adding a clock-in on behalf of a staff member
Step 1
To add a missing shift to the clock in records, head to the 'Clock In's' page found under the 'Staff' dropdown tab.
Step 2
Click into the appropriate day for the appropriate staff member. Fill in the start and finish times, and hit 'Save'.
The hours and minutes will be summarised immediately in the clock in table.
Editing a clock-in on behalf of a staff member
Step 1
Head to the 'Clock In's' page under the 'Staff' dropdown.
Step 2
Find and click into the shift that you wish to edit:

Either click 'Delete' to remove this shift, or click 'Edit' to make changes to the shift.
The clock in record will be changed immediately, and this will be displayed in the summary table. Costs will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note: The clock in record will be labelled as 'edited' for future reference.
