Food Cooking Temperature Record Tasks
Hopsy can generate tasks for your venues to capture temperature records for food items that they have cooked or reheated.
You can configure multiple cooking sessions each day, and the amount of food items to be probed each session. Settings allow the food items probed to be dictated, or allow venues to choose which items they probe themselves.
Step 1
Head to the 'Food Cooking' section of the settings page
Step 2
To turn tasking on, enable the Cooking check toggle
Step 3
Choose from 1 to 3 cooking sessions each day, and 'toggle on' the sessions that you require.
Did you know?
Hopsy provides 'Breakfast', 'Lunch' and 'Dinner' by default, but you can change the session names if you wish.
Step 4
Check and edit your cooking session times if you require.
(Tasks drop in at the session start time, and incomplete tasks are marked as 'Missed' at the session end time.)
Step 5
Add the desired number of probe tasks to each session using the 'Add New Probe Task' button.
Toggling 'Specific Product' to 'on' allows you to list that a specific item must be probed and recorded.
With this toggle 'off', the cooking task will state that 'any item' can be probed and venues will be required to detail themselves the item probed at the point of recording.
Please Note:
Food cooking settings will begin tasking at venues from the next day.
