If a venue closes permanently, you can archive the venue to remove the cost from your subscription.
You will have access to all historical records if you are a company user, but all tasking and new compliance recording will cease.
Step 1
Log into Hopsy and click your profile picture / initials in the top right corner of any screen.
Step 2
Select 'Company Settings'.
You must have 'Admin' permissions to access these settings.
Step 3
On the 'Venues' tab, for the appropriate venue, push the 'Open/Closed' dropdown and select 'Archived'.
The selected venue will be archived immediately. As part of this process, the venue will cease tasking and will no longer contribute to your company score. All venue users at this site will have their Hopsy access removed with immediate effect.
Your billing will be reflected from your next billing period.
You can still access the record keeping for this venue by selecting the 'Archived' section on the company settings 'Venues' page:
