When your venue is using the Hopsy rota functionality, you are able to make time off requests to your manager through Hopsy.
Step 1
Log into Hopsy and select the 'My Rota' tab found in the left hand menu under your name.
For mobile, use the '3 line' icon in the top corner to open the menu stack.
Step 2
Click the '+ Request' button and enter the information required including the dates you would like to request and the reason for leave.
Step 3
Hit 'Submit' and hope your manager is in a good mood.
Your request will sit in a 'pending' state in your index until it has been addressed by your manager:
When your request has been approved, this will be communicated in your request index, and also on the rota.
Shifts will not be able to be added to the rota on days where you have approved holiday requests.
If you need to cancel a request, you can do so with the 'Bin' icon next to the request.
