Adding a sales forecast and a pay rate for each employee will allow Hopsy to generate accurate wage spends and help analyse the labour cost for each day / week.
How do I add a sales forecast?
Step 1
Head to your venue and click 'Staff Rota' under the 'Staff' dropdown.
Step 2
Navigate to the week that you wish to enter a sales forecast for using the week selector.
Step 3
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and for each day, click into the 'Daily Sales Forecast' box.
Clicking into the box allows values to be added.
Adding shifts to staff members with a pay rate assigned will generate a cost for each employee and each day. The cost of wages will also be displayed as a percentage of the sales amount forecasted.
Please note: Any employee with 'Set Pay Rate' displayed does not have a pay rate assigned and therefore, no cost will be generated for shifts assigned to these individuals.
