When holding a business meeting, the 'dropdown' agenda items that can be selected are bespoke to your company on Hopsy.
To edit the agenda topics in the list you must have 'company user' access.
Step 1
Log in to Hopsy and head to the company settings by clicking your company name in the bottom left of any screen on Hopsy.
Step 2
Across the top tabs, select 'Settings' and then choose the 'Meetings' section.
To Add Topics
Select '+ Add New'. Type your new topic in the box and hit save.
New topics will be available to use straight away.
Please Note:
Any changes you make will be live across ALL company meetings, not just your own.
To Remove Topics
Use the 'x' icon next to topics that you wish to remove.
Topics will be archived immediately but can be brought back into use if necessary.
Please note:
Topics with no 'x' icon are system topics and cannot be removed.
