Hopsy / Roslyn's Payroll Submission Integration

Hopsy integrates seamlessly with Roslyn's payroll services

If you are using Roslyn's Accountants to manage your payroll, you can configure Hopsy to send your employee's clock-in information to your Roslyns's portal at the push of a button.


How do I enable the integration?

Step 1

Head to your venues settings, and hit the 'Payroll Integration' tab.

If you don't see this tab, speak to us

Step 2

For the Roslyn's provider, push 'Enable'.

The Roslyn's portal should now load. Enter your credentials and confirm access to grant Hopsy permission to link. You will be taken back to Hopsy.


Step 3

Link your Hopsy staff to your Roslyn's staff.

For each of the active Hopsy staff listed, add the corresponding Roslyn's staff member. Use the dropdown to do this.

This is a one-off job, and will only need to be revisited if you have employed a new team member.

Step 4

Ensure all staff are accurately linked.

It is important to ensure this is correct. Mis-matching employees at this point will result in Hopsy sending incorrect data to Roslyn's

Your integration is now set up.


How do I send employee hours to my Roslyn's portal?

Step 1

Head to the 'Clock-In's' screen. When you are happy all hours are correct, push the 'Send To Payroll' button.

Things to Remember:

  • The week must be complete before you can submit.

  • You cannot submit a week if 'previous weeks' have not been submitted. Submissions must be 'in order'.

  • You cannot submit weeks that contain any timecards with no 'clock out'.


Step 2

Finalise the hours submitted in your Roslyn's portal.

You are still required to finalise the information inside the Roslyn's portal. You can do this straight away, or at your leisure.
