Can you leave a note on a shift on the rota?.... Yes you can!
You can communicate information about a specific shift on the rota. This information WILL be shared with that individual viewing the shift. Here's how...
Step 1
Head to the rota and click on a shift to add or edit:
You must be a venue manager or assistant manager to add shift notes.
Step 2
Inside the shift edit box you can push the 'Add Note' button.
Step 3
Enter your note and click 'Save'.
You will see your note displayed inside the shift edit box:

Save the shift.

The 'Staff' Hopsy role does not have permission to add/edit shifts or shift notes, but they do have permission to see any notes that have been added:
